• How is warmth measured?
• We carry out 2 types of thermal testing: On the fleece materials and with a thermal mannequin in a climate chamber. This test test in the mountain conditions that you can meet and validate our technology. The comfort of this jacket is between 7 and 10°C.
• Resistance tested?
  • We test the durability of our fleeces to guarantee:
  • – resistance to abrasion from your backpack and arm movements to delay pilling;
  • – The durability of the seams;
  • – Durability after several washes;
  • – Preserving color’s (washing, UV, sweat).
• How to look after your fleece?
• To machine wash your fleece without damaging it, choose a 40° max programme. Put it inside out before putting it in the machine. Don’t exceed a 1000 rpm spin speed to protect the fabric. Do not tumble dry.
• What is the fit of this fleece? 
• This fleece jacket has a fitted cut without being too tight. For optimal protection from the cold, we recommend wearing a technical base layer underneath. It is worn under our windproof and waterproof jackets. Select your usual size.
• What sizes are available?
• This fleece is available from XS to 3 XL.
• Why does a fleece keep you warm?
• Fleece with large plush loops called “brushed fleece”, can trap air. The natural insulating power keeps body heat in. The additional benefit of this fleece: Its high collar keeps the neck warm.
